A Fully Custom Single Item Service Award uses a custom designed award item for each service milestone.  Each is a unique piece of symbolic artwork that uses company shapes, symbols, colors, logos and test to represents an important step in an employee's career with your firm.

This is a very unique and personal program that is designed to show your employees how much you value them and how important they are as a part of your company, its mission and goals.

US Airways Arena is a modern sports facility and home to the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury professional basketball teams, as well as a venue for a number of exciting shows that come into the Phoenix area. Rather than the traditional use of jewelry or a choice of traditional awards, the arena asked Schaefer Recognition Group to create custom awards for each year level.  A thick crystal panel based on their season ticket is used for 5 years of service. Their arena and team logos 3D etched within a 3" cube that displays in a diamond configuration angle is the 10 year award.  A 9" tall broken-top obelisk using Suns Purple was created for 15 years of service, and a massive 14" crystal trophy on a black and amber crystal base topped with a free basketball (it spins, check out he video) is their 20 year award.
