The Journey Award is a custom sculpture program that offers a specific component to each employee for each service milestone. The components fit together to create a piece of symbolic artwork that represents their career with your firm.

This is a very unique and personal program that is designed to show your employees how much you value them and how important they are as a part of your company, its mission and goals.

Matson Navigation is a shipping company that sails a number of container ships between Hawaii, China and the United States. Their Journey Award features 3.5" x 1.5" x 1.5" containers that are earned for years of service. The employee first receives an award at 5 years that features a 6" crystal ship and their first container. Additional containers are earned for 10, 15 and 20 years and added to the ship. Upon completion of 25 years, the employee receives the large 13" crystal ship that gets loaded with the 25 year container along with the 5, 10, 15, and 20 year containers already earned. Additional combinations of containers are earned up through 50 years of service with Matson.
